Reviewers found the Tanaka leaf blower to be extremely powerful and it easily removed both wet and dry debris. One reviewer stated that the TBL-7800 cleared away even the “toughest rain-felled” tree and leaf debris.

Reviewers didn’t point to any issues with starting the leaf blower, as can be a problem with some models. It appears the blower starts up in typically 3-4 pulls. One reviewer also mentioned that there is relatively little vibration when using the blower.

There weren’t really any negatives stated about the blower, although one person commented that it was noisier than he expected it to be. That’s pretty typical for gas powered blowers of this size, and should be expected.
